Canon unveils the most prominent neon sign in Singapore
The many commuters driving into Orchard Road from the Central Expressway's Cairnhill Road exit are now greeted by Singapore's most prominent neon sign created by POAD for Canon on the Orchard Building.

This building was chosen because of its premium strategic location – it is one of the most central buildings on Orchard Road, located between major shopping centres and also one of the few buildings with an unobstructed and undistracted view facing head-on traffic. The site also benefits from a particularly high pedestrian traffic flow.

As Kazuto Ogawa, President and CEO of Canon Singapore, commented; "Orchard Road is the heart of Singapore. Every day, no matter what the time of the day, there are thousands of people walking along. Just take a look outside now. The pedestrian flow just keeps on moving. And as these people pass through, they see our neon sign. Orchard Road is a 'must see' spot for tourists, and it is famous for shopping and the availability of a variety of delicious food. When friends and relatives from overseas visit me, the first place I think of bringing them is Orchard Road. At Canon we are delighted to share our success in Singapore by putting up our neon sign at here at the heart of Orchard Road."
